1.Discuss
the role of the change advisory board.
The
responsibility of the change advisory board is to change things in a business. These mainly consist of
verifying changes to see if they will align with the overall goals and
objectives of the business.
2.Explain
the purpose of a request for change.
A request
for change, also known as change control, is there to make sure the changes made
to a business have no flaws and will actually have a positive impact on the
business.
3.Describe
the stages of approval for the request for change.
First
stage: Have the
request for change accepted, identified and proposed.
Second
Stage: This is when the correct people
from the CAB look at the request and consider if there are any red flags. An
example of a red flag could be, is there a clear strategy to implement the
change?
Third
Stage: This
stage is where the change is implemented.
4.Identify
three questions that a business should consider when setting specific
objectives.
Question:
What do we want to accomplish?
Question:
How much time is required?
Question: What
resources would be need to accomplish this objective?
5.Describe
the meaning of a time-bound objective.
The meaning
of a time-bound objective is an objective that needs to be completed by a
certain time.
