promotion at your current company.

One significant impact of increased reliance on technology on
company culture is it can lead to making the employees feel isolated and
disengaged, reducing overall morale and team cohesion. As employees can rely on
emails, messaging and other digital tools, face-to-face interactions can diminish.
This can increase isolation as people don’t meet face-to-face as often.

Identify two mitigation techniques to reduce online abuse in a business’s
social media.
One mitigation technique would be implementing moderation
tools and automated filters. Social media platforms already provide businesses with
moderation tools that allow filtering out abusive content. Businesses can use
these tools to either automatically flag or block content. This will be looking
for offensive language for example. Or they can utilize AI-driven moderation or
even manual moderation. One final mitigation technique could be maintaining a
clear community guideline. Establishing and enforcing a clear set of community guidelines
can set expectations for user behaviour on a business’ social media channels.
