Research the function of a stakeholder in a project 

The stakeholder has an important role in managing a project. The stakeholder, for example, needs to be able to provide appropriate resources and funding to the project/program team. This is important if the stakeholder really wants to achieve their goals. The stakeholder is also responsible for educating the project team about the objectives, this ensures that the project fits with the business strategy. Stakeholders are responsible for making important and timely decisions. For example, a decision a stakeholder will have to make would be making decisions on the financial side of things; what the budget could be spent on or not. They must listen and consider all queries and feedback. The stakeholder must act as a link of communication for the changes to requirements.
