Project planning and Project sc

 Project planning and scheduling

Project Planning – This is about designing effective policies and methodologies to attain project objectives. The whole project should be clearly outlined, and it should pay attention to detail. The tools and techniques are ‘task breakdown structure’, ‘scope of work’ and ‘critical path method’. The abbreviated terms are ‘TBS’, SOW’ AND ‘ CPM’.

Project scheduling

The procedure of project scheduling includes assigning tasks to team members and allocating appropriate resources, time, and funding. A project schedule should also include the estimated dates for sequential objectives to be hit. It should be updated to consider delays and should be tracked in all its stages.
