A negative impact of change would be areas of the workplace would get confused. This will leave a negative impact on not just those those people, but the business to, this is because it can leave the employees unmotivated. If we were to look at negative impacts on change, we could say that data such as sales would increase. This is because if a company’s website was to change, yes it may negatively affect the employees, it would positively impact the customers as a change could be to their website. One final impact on change would be that operations will become better. This is because with change, becomes a more operable workplace.

Full backup – Every file and folder on the system has had a complete backup. These take up more space and take a longer time than other types of backups. However, they are the most comprehensive type of backup.

Incremental backup – An initial full backup of the system is created. All subsequent backups only backup files where there has been a change since the previous backup.

Differential backup – This creates an initial full backup of the system and then every following backup only stores the files that have changed.
