1.Identify the three types of operational change.

Major change – These changes may mean a significant change to hardware, software, a product or operational processes. These are usually made when there is an issue with the technology.

Minor change – When the CAB have requested minor changes to the request.

Scheduled change – These are when a business has a set time for when systems are reviewed. The results of these review way well identify the need for change. Scheduled changes are usually predictable; therefore they are manageable.

 

2.Explain why it is important for businesses to choose the appropriate digital change strategy.

This is important as a business must mitigate the risks of making mistakes whilst changing their digital stance. Business must not make any vulnerabilities which can be exploited.
