1.Describe the term ‘Brand Differentiation’.

Brand differentiation is how a business makes/identifies their brand differently from other businesses. This is what makes a business different from other ones.

 

2.Discuss the use of virtualisation and cloud solutions by businesses and how they enable scalability and elastic computing solutions.

Virtualisation allows companies to scale their services at a lower cost. This is because they do not have to buy lots of expensive hardware to connect their employees. Cloud services also allow businesses to scale their databases as it is a cheaper way than storing data internally. 

 

3. Explain how unique selling points (USPs) provide useful intelligence to businesses.

The USP can tell a business whether a products is selling well or not in the current market.

 

4.Describe the term ‘customer base’.

Customer base means a companies most loyal and involved customers: those who regularly purchase from their business.

 

5.Explain the difference between contextualising customer behaviour and digital personalisation.

Contextualising customer behaviour is analysing customer data to see what their preferences are. Digital personalisation is when the communication is written to a specific person.
