Pestle is an acronym for the different parts that effect a business. PESTLE influences organisations from the outside, so macro-environmental factors. PESTLE stands for:

  • Environmental 

 

 

SWOT analysis can also help to do this: 

  • Strengths 

  • Weaknesses 

  • Opportunities 

  • Threats 

Organisations use SWOT analysis to make the most of resources to the best advantage.
