Cyber Bullying: 

Cyber bullying is when  

 

  • Harassment online 

  • Blackmail 

  • Using real life examples (threatening to hurt someone online) 

 

Cyber bullying can include a lot of different things. Cyber bullying can cause individuals to get really quite down and upset. Cyber bullying can be as severe as causing people to isolate themselves and even suicide.  

 

 

Mitigation 

  • Get outside 

  • Exercise 

  • Have regular breaks
