Employees can educate the employers into knowing what's right and wrong. 

Employees can discriminate against people for many reasons: 

-Race 

-Gender 

-Ethnicity 

-Culture 

 Employees can look at race, religion, ethnicity and gender when looking at employers. The employers must make sure they are inclusive of all of these listed above.  

Morals 

Morals means knowing right from wrong.  

Impacts: Businesses need to have professionalism in their work place. This gives your business a better name. It also improves efficiency and productivity. It also improves globalization. Not only does it improve the company’s reputation, it improves the reputation of the employees as well.  

Negatives of morals: It can create worse work experience. It gives you less of a opportunity of being in-formal. There will be less privacy as your are being monitored on your things e.g race.  

 

Remote Working 

Video conferencing: Positives are: 

 -You can travel when working 

-Depending on your discipline levels, you can work more productively  

- The cost is going to be less for the business 

-Travel costs are going to be significantly less 

 

Negatives are:  

-People are expected to have internet and electronic devices 

-There can be too many distractions 

-People’s disciplinary levels are different, therefore, work levels for different projects are going to be different 

 Overall, remote working can be quite bad for the business as said above,  



Autonomous Operations 

Bot 

The definition of ‘bot’ is an autonomous program on the internet or another network that can interact with systems or users. 

Examples of bots: Company's that use different types of bots: 

-Chatbots Company that uses chatbot –Spotify and whole foods. 

-Social bots Company that uses social bot -  

-Shop bots 

Shop bot is short for shopping robot.  

 

 

 

ML- Stands for machine learning. The definition is a type of artificial intelligence that allows software applications to become more accurate at predicting outcomes without being explicitly programmed to do so.  

Machine learning algorithms use historical data as input to predict new output values. 

 

Intelligent software agents- A software agent, in computing, is a computer program that acts for a user or other program in a relationship of agency. 


Machine learning is important because it gives enterprises a view of trends in customer behaviour and business operational patterns, as well as supports the development of new products.
